Operations & Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a new full-time team member in the area of maintenance in Dresden to start as soon as possible.
This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like:
- Operational deployement planning: You will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and downtime planning of our maintenance and repair operations.
- Personnel deployement planning: You will support the planning and coordination of our maintenance teams’ operations efficiently and in line with requirements
- Material and spare parts management: You will ensure the availability of materials and spare parts and keep an eye on stock levels
- Coordination of external service providers: You will coordinate assignments with external partners and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Communication with customers and other departments: You will assist with recording and processing customer inquiries and with cross-departmental coordination.
- Care of the maintenance system (CMMS): You will work with our CMMS, keep data up to date, and assist with the further development of processes.
- Supporting the monitoring team: You will support our monitoring team in plant monitoring.
What you bring to the table
- A completed technical education (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanics) or a commercial education with a strong technical focus.
- Experience in maintenance planning, work preparation, or logistics, ideally in an operational environment.
- Confident use of ERP or, ideally, maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM or comparable CMMS solutions).
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit in exchanges with internal departments and external partners.
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness in daily activities.
- Very good German (at least B2) and good English skills (at least B1).
