TRICERA monitors each of your battery modules individually around the clock. We initiate the necessary maintenance steps whenever a given module reaches the end of its life cycle. This enables us to extend the service life of the system as a whole while reducing the risk of damage. Our approach also decreases downtime and maintenance costs and increases the reliability, efficiency, and profitability of your storage facility. Should there be a defect after all, our service team can offer remote assistance or will be on site quickly.

Our Storage-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering enables you to specify and reserve the precise storage capacity you require. TRICERA’s SaaS customers enjoy guaranteed access to this capacity, and we also swap out near-end-of-life storage modules as required. This is more than a simple maintenance service, which is primarily designed to ensure the continuous operation of this critical infrastructure. SaaS maximises flexibility: whenever market conditions and the associated usage requirements change, our SaaS clients can adjust the storage capacity to suit their needs.
