About us
Our team combines many years of experience in the battery storage sector. Some of us have played a decisive role in shaping the European battery market. At TRICERA, we have now specialised in the development, planning, and installation of mid-sized to large battery storage systems.
TRICERA is powered by our dynamic, growing team. A friendly and supportive work environment is particularly important to us. We are all on first-name terms and work flexible hours based on individual needs. Our hierarchies are flat, which means that everyone can actively contribute at any time.
At TRICERA, we want to protect the environment. We act as sustainably as possible, from the oat milk in the fridge to using second-life batteries for our storage systems. Together, we are working towards the energy transition while also conserving resources.
Our sports club: SG Dreihorn
Some of us have been playing volleyball ever since TRICERA was founded. New employees have contributed ideas for other sporting activities. We founded “SG Dreihorn”, a not-for-profit sports club which is open to both staff and the general public. The club organises regular volleyball training and yoga sessions as well as friendly tournaments with partner companies. One of our goals is to offer even more sporting activities going forward.
