Permanent Position (m/f/d)

At our Dresden location, we are looking for a Project Manager to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.

Here’s what your day-to-day work will look like

  • Comprehensive management and oversight of battery storage projects: You’ll manage projects and keep a close eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
  • Leadership and coordination of project and installation teams: You’ll lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate regular coordination meetings, and ensure smooth operations on-site
  • Budget, schedule, and progress monitoring: You are responsible for time and cost planning, review internal and external project progress, and ensure compliance with all milestones
  • Clear definition and coordination of interfaces between clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Definition and coordination of technical requirements: You evaluate design outcomes and ensure quality

What you bring to the table

  • A completed degree in engineering or successfully completed technical training in mechanical engineering/automation technology/mechatronics; a technician’s degree or master craftsman’s certification in one of the listed fields is also welcome
  • Structure & Organization: You work in an organized manner, maintain an overview even in project-critical situations, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel for projects, to successfully implement our projects on-site
  • Very good German (min. B2) and good English skills (min. B1) in both written and spoken forms
  • An advantage but not a requirement
    • Initial professional experience and prior knowledge in the electrical engineering field
    • Ability to work independently and proficiency with standard MS Office applications
