At our Dresden location, we’re looking for a new team member in the field of Commercial Management to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.

Here’s what your day-to-day work with us will look like

• Monitoring, planning and managing business performance; responsibility for corporate controlling
• Preparing key performance indicators for various stakeholders
• Continuous optimisation of accounting and controlling processes
• Further development of the controlling function, including tracking, preparation and analysis of controlling-related data for specific cost centres
• Analysis of forecasts from sales and project development to monitor the company’s performance (including profitability analyses and ad hoc reports)

What you bring to the table

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable course of study; alternatively, a relevant commercial apprenticeship with a suitable specialisation
• (Initial) professional experience in management accounting, ideally in a technical environment
• High self-motivation as well as a strong ability to engage in discussion and accept criticism
• Very good written and spoken German (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
