Technical Operations Specialist

At our Dresden location, we are looking for a new team member to join our Operations & Maintenance team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.

This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like

  • Service: Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of our BESS installations
  • On-Site Service & Repair: Perform service assignments and repair activities on-site whenever required
  • System Monitoring: Monitor our battery energy storage systems and identify irregularities at an early stage
  • System Oversight: Ensure that system parameters and operational performance remain within the specified range
  • Remote Troubleshooting: Analyze technical issues remotely and identify the root cause
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate operational data and derive actionable insights
  • System Optimization: Contribute your own ideas to further improve system performance and availability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Project Execution, and Software Development

In short: You help keep our battery energy storage systems available, reliable, and performing at their best.

 

What you bring to the table

  • Ongoing or completed vocational training or studies in electrical installation, electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanics, or a comparable technical field
  • Strong interest in software, IT, electronics, or electrical engineering and motivation to develop your skills in a future-oriented industry
  • Initial experience in a technical environment is beneficial but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, a Class B driving license is considered an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills (minimum B1 level)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with internal teams and external partners
  • A high degree of responsibility, reliability, and quality awareness
