The brief
Topregal is a family-run company that operates worldwide. One of its ways to reduce CO2 emissions is to convert its entire fleet of forklift trucks, low-floor vehicles, and cleaning machines to electric motors. The company also wants to install charging points with a capacity of 22 kW for lorries and employees’ vehicles, the electricity for which is supplied by a photovoltaic system installed on the warehouse roof. To be able to use the energy generated by the system when the sun is not shining, Topregal also needs a battery storage solution. The company decided to commission TRICERA with implementing the necessary changes in 2022.
