We are looking for an Operations & Maintenance Intern (m/f/d) to support our team in Dresden as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.
Here’s what your day-to-day work will look like
- Maintenance Strategy: Support the development and coordination of short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance strategies
- Operational Analysis: Analyze system performance and identify potential weaknesses and optimization opportunities
- Resource Planning: Assist in planning O&M activities, including coordination of internal resources and external service providers
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities
- Spare Parts & Supplier Management: Support spare parts management and collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team
- Cost Planning: Assist in maintenance cost planning together with Management and Controlling
- Environmental Protection & Safety: Support compliance with environmental regulations, occupational safety standards, and legal requirements
- Field Support: Participate in maintenance and repair activities on BESS installations when required
What you’ll bring
- Advanced studies in Energy & Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Energy & Resource Management, or a comparable field, alternatively advanced vocational training in one of these areas
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
- A structured and self-driven approach to work
- Strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A Class B driving license is considered an advantage
