And we want to do that together with you!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an <strong>Operations &amp; Maintenance Intern (m\/f\/d)<\/strong> to support our team in Dresden as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<div>\n<h3>Here&#8217;s what your day-to-day work will look like<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maintenance Strategy:<\/strong> Support the development and coordination of short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance strategies<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operational Analysis:<\/strong> Analyze system performance and identify potential weaknesses and optimization opportunities<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resource Planning:<\/strong> Assist in planning O&amp;M activities, including coordination of internal resources and external service providers<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation:<\/strong> Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spare Parts &amp; Supplier Management:<\/strong> Support spare parts management and collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost Planning:<\/strong> Assist in maintenance cost planning together with Management and Controlling<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environmental Protection &amp; Safety:<\/strong> Support compliance with environmental regulations, occupational safety standards, and legal requirements<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field Support:<\/strong> Participate in maintenance and repair activities on BESS installations when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<div>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll bring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Advanced studies<\/strong> in Energy &amp;
