{"id":5135,"date":"2026-05-14T13:40:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T11:40:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/?p=5135"},"modified":"2026-08-07T13:34:27","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T11:34:27","slug":"job-offer-project-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/en\/job-offer-project-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Join us in shaping the energy supply of the future!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At our Dresden location, we are looking for a <b>Project Manager<\/b> to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.<\/p>\n<h3>Here\u2019s what your day-to-day work will look like<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Comprehensive management and oversight of battery storage projects<\/b>: You\u2019ll manage projects and keep a close eye on quality, costs, and deadlines<\/li>\n<li><b>Leadership and coordination of project and installation teams<\/b>: You\u2019ll lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate regular coordination meetings, and ensure smooth operations on-site<\/li>\n<li><b>Budget, schedule, and progress monitoring:<\/b> You are responsible for time and cost planning, review internal and external project progress, and ensure compliance with all milestones<\/li>\n<li><b>Clear definition and coordination of interfaces <\/b>between clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution<\/li>\n<li><b>Definition and coordination of technical requirements<\/b>: You evaluate design outcomes and ensure quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you bring to the table<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A <b>completed degree<\/b> in engineering or <b>successfully completed technical training<\/b> in mechanical engineering\/automation technology\/mechatronics; a technician\u2019s degree or master craftsman\u2019s certification in one of the listed fields is also welcome<\/li>\n<li><b>Structure &amp; Organization<\/b>: You work in an organized manner, maintain an overview even in project-critical situations, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li><b>Willingness to travel for projects, <\/b>to successfully implement our projects on-site<\/li>\n<li><b>Very good German <\/b>(min. B2)<b> and good English skills<\/b> (min.
