{"id":5123,"date":"2026-03-18T13:04:02","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T12:04:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/?p=5123"},"modified":"2026-04-15T11:15:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T09:15:42","slug":"systems-engineer-battery-energy-storage-systems","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/en\/systems-engineer-battery-energy-storage-systems\/","title":{"rendered":"Systems Engineer \u2013 BESS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><b><strong>Help us shape the energy supply of the future!<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a new full-time team member in the <strong>Systems Engineer BESS<\/strong> department at our Dresden location to start as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3><b>This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analysis of customer requirements:<\/strong> You evaluate requests for proposals and project requirements, assess them against our system capabilities, and work with the team to develop viable solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Definition and optimization of control algorithms <\/strong>for EZA controllers and energy management systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsibility for interfaces: <\/strong>You design and maintain interfaces as well as data point lists for direct marketers, grid operators, and other external partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Further development of system requirements: <\/strong>You continuously maintain and further develop our requirements &#8211; in close coordination with customers and internal system architects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality assurance &amp; testing: <\/strong>You will create test plans and work closely with project management to ensure system quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What you bring to the table<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Several years of <strong>experience in a technical field<\/strong>, such as energy engineering, control engineering, software development, or systems engineering. It is important to us that you have experience with technical requirements, whether as a creator, implementer, or reviewer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quick grasp of complex technical concepts<\/strong> and the <strong>ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new domains<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thorough, clear documentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency with Git<\/strong> and willingness to work in a development-oriented environment (documentation-as-code, version control, code reviews)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong communication skills<\/strong>: You actively seek clarification rather than waiting for ready-made inputs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Very good German or English language skills<\/strong> (min.
