{"id":5099,"date":"2026-03-18T12:29:23","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T11:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/?p=5099"},"modified":"2026-04-22T11:44:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T09:44:28","slug":"logistics-manager-transportation-warehouse-logistics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/en\/logistics-manager-transportation-warehouse-logistics\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Manager \u2013 Transportation &#038; Warehouse Logistics"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><b><strong>Help us shape the energy supply of the future!<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a new team member in the Materials Management department in Dresden to start as soon as possible, working at least 32 hours per week.<\/p>\n<h3><b>This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Transport Logistics <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Managing Material Flows: <\/b>You plan, coordinate, and monitor all material shipments to our projects and construction sites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule and Delivery Monitoring<\/strong>: You keep track of delivery schedules and ensure everything runs smoothly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interface management<\/strong>: You will coordinate closely with purchasing, project management, suppliers, and freight forwarders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensuring material availability<\/strong>: You will ensure that materials are complete and delivered on time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International logistics<\/strong>: You will coordinate customs matters for international shipments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process optimization and development<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizing and improving our warehouse structure to ensure efficient operations.<\/li>\n<li>Management of goods receipt, inventory control, and physical inventory counts.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and optimization of inventory to improve availability and cost-effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Support &amp; Construction Site Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular coordination with on-site project teams<\/li>\n<li>Occasional assistance with material deliveries to construction sites<\/li>\n<li>Project-related travel within the EU (approx. 15%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What you bring to the table<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, <strong>or a completed vocational training program<\/strong> with relevant professional experience<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passion for logistics processes<\/strong>: You have a knack for efficient workflows and want to actively help shape and improve processes<\/li>\n<li>A<strong> structured<\/strong> and <strong>independent<\/strong> work style<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>organizational skills<\/strong> and <strong>assertiveness<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with <strong>MS Office<\/strong>, especially Excel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Willingness to travel<\/strong> and openness to providing on-site operational support when needed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Very good German and English skills<\/strong> (min.
