And we\u2019d love to do that together with you!<\/p>\n<p>To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we are looking to fill a full-time or part-time internship position in the <b>Human Resources <\/b>department as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Here\u2019s what your day-to-day work will look like<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Supporting the entire application process:<\/b> You\u2019ll communicate with applicants, keep track of incoming applications, and assist with tracking and reporting.<\/li>\n<li><b>Participation in recruiting:<\/b> You will draft and optimize job postings and actively participate in interviews.<\/li>\n<li><b>Preparation of HR documents and feedback formats<\/b>, e.g., employment references and employee surveys<\/li>\n<li><b>Organization and implementation of HR projects and events<\/b>, from planning to execution.<\/li>\n<li><b>Experience employer branding firsthand:<\/b> You will plan and support our presence at corporate career fairs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you bring to the table<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>An advanced degree<\/b> in economics or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources<\/li>\n<li><b>Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset:<\/b> You work in a structured manner, actively contribute, and enjoy collaborating with others.<\/li>\n<li><b>Very good German <\/b>(min. B2)<b> and English skills<\/b> (min.
