To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we\u2019re looking for a full-time intern to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months in the field of Quality Management.<\/b><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what your day-to-day work with us will look like<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of the quality management system<\/b> in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001<\/li>\n
  • Assisting with customer documentation<\/b> for our battery storage systems and supporting the creation of technical documentation<\/li>\n
  • Collaborating on the maintenance, optimization, and documentation of processes<\/b> as well as the revision of work instructions and risk assessments<\/li>\n
  • Participation in defect management<\/b> (recording, analysis, and evaluation of non-conformities, as well as tracking corrective actions)<\/li>\n
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits<\/b>, as well as in management reviews<\/li>\n
  • Maintenance of test equipment inventories<\/b>, management of test reports, and monitoring of calibration schedules<\/li>\n
  • Assistance with supplier evaluation<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Creation and maintenance of Excel reports<\/b>, templates, and key performance indicator overviews<\/li>\n
  • Support with administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you bring to the table<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Current studies<\/b> in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study<\/li>\n
    • Strong technical understanding<\/b> and interest in quality and process management<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and structured approach to work<\/b> with a high degree of initiative<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365<\/b>, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
    • Team player, strong communication skills, and a precise work style<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Very good written and spoken German and English<\/b> (min. B2)<\/li>\n
    • A plus: <\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Basic knowledge of VBA<\/li>\n
      • Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
