{"id":4951,"date":"2026-03-11T13:01:26","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T12:01:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/?p=4951"},"modified":"2026-03-23T14:15:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T13:15:25","slug":"electrical-engineer-product-development-battery-storage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tricera.energy\/en\/electrical-engineer-product-development-battery-storage\/","title":{"rendered":"Electrical Engineer &#8211; Product Dev BESS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><b><strong>Help us shape the energy supply of the future!<\/strong><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a new full-time or part-time team member with expertise in <strong>electrical engineering<\/strong> in the field of battery storage product development to join our Dresden location as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3><b>This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Electrical development of TRICERA products: <\/b>You integrate feedback from projects and the implementation team, implement new requirements, and further develop existing functions in a targeted manner.<\/li>\n<li>You work on <strong>standardizing<\/strong> our systems while also making them more <strong>flexible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualification of new components and partners<\/strong>: You evaluate and qualify new manufacturers of inverters, battery containers, and battery modules.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standards &amp; quality<\/strong>: You will review relevant standards and implement them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prototypes &amp; tests<\/strong>: You will design, build, and commission prototypes and test benches and carry out tests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear documentation<\/strong>: You will create manufacturing documents, test reports, and comprehensible product documentation and design development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What you bring<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical background &#8211; diverse backgrounds welcome<\/strong>: Whether you have a university degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, renewable energy systems), a technical degree, or vocational training &#8211; what counts for us is your interest, motivation, and skills.<\/li>\n<li>Very good <strong>technical understanding<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Independent, structured way of working<\/strong> and strong team spirit<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge of relevant standards and technical regulations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Very good German skills<\/strong> (at least B2), English skills are an advantage<\/li>\n<li><strong>Willingness to travel<\/strong> to a limited extent (approx. 90% office \/ 10% test benches &amp; commissioning)<\/li>\n<li><strong>An advantage but not a must<\/strong>: Confident use of E-CAD systems (e.g., EPLAN)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>We offer<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Flexitime<\/b> with flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li><b>30 days of annual leave<\/b> for full-time employees<\/li>\n<li><b>Option to work remotely<\/b> up to 2-3 days a week<\/li>\n<li>Attractive <b>company pension scheme<\/b>.
