Operations &amp; Maintenance<\/strong> team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.<\/p>\n<h3><b>This is what your day-to-day work with us will look like<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service:<\/strong> Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of our BESS installations<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-Site Service &amp; Repair:<\/strong> Perform service assignments and repair activities on-site whenever required<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Monitoring:<\/strong> Monitor our battery energy storage systems and identify irregularities at an early stage<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Oversight:<\/strong> Ensure that system parameters and operational performance remain within the specified range<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Analyze technical issues remotely and identify the root cause<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Analysis:<\/strong> Evaluate operational data and derive actionable insights<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Optimization:<\/strong> Contribute your own ideas to further improve system performance and availability<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Project Execution, and Software Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>In short: <\/strong>You help keep our battery energy storage systems available, reliable, and performing at their best.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 aria-level=\"3\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">What you bring to the table<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ongoing or completed vocational training or studies in <strong>electrical installation, electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanics<\/strong>, or a comparable technical field<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in <strong>software, IT, electronics, or electrical engineering<\/strong> and motivation to develop your skills in a future-oriented industry<\/li>\n<li>Initial experience in a technical environment is beneficial but not required<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel occasionally, a <strong>Class B driving license<\/strong> is considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good <strong>German and English language skills (minimum B1 level)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with internal teams and external partners<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of <strong>responsibility,
