The facility, with a usable capacity of 24 MWh and a power output of 12 MW, is intended to support primary and secondary control power and also participate in energy trading.<\/p>\n<p>The storage system is another building block for a stable energy supply in the Karlsruhe region within an increasingly sustainable energy system.
