TRICERA ener­gy spe­cia­li­zes in the deve­lo­p­ment, con­s­truc­tion, and ope­ra­ti­on of medi­um (>100 kWh) to lar­ge (>2 MWh) bat­tery sto­rage sys­tems and ope­ra­tes both in Germany and inter­na­tio­nal­ly. Our mis­si­on is to actively shape an opti­mi­zed, demand-ori­en­ted, and rene­wa­ble ener­gy sup­p­ly worldwide.

Our grea­test achie­ve­ment is our excep­tio­nal team, which now con­sists of near­ly 80 employees. Over the past deca­des, we have signi­fi­cant­ly influen­ced the bat­tery indus­try and place gre­at empha­sis on flat hier­ar­chies and fair inter­ac­tion among our­sel­ves. Your responsibilities

• Plant design, com­po­nent sel­ec­tion & cal­cu­la­ti­on for pri­cing purposes
• Preparation of cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted offers incl. tech­ni­cal description
• Participation in busi­ness mee­tings incl. pre­pa­ra­ti­on and follow-up
• Development and opti­miza­ti­on of simu­la­ti­on and sales tools
• Support in the deve­lo­p­ment of new sales stra­te­gies, e.g. with regard to new busi­ness are­as, sales regi­ons and future technologies

Your skills

• Completed stu­dies in ener­gy manage­ment, eco­no­mics, indus­tri­al engi­nee­ring or rela­ted subjects
• Organizational talent, com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills & abili­ty to work in a team
• Very good know­ledge of German and English
• Optional: pre­vious tech­ni­cal know­ledge of pro­gramming, bat­tery sto­rage and ener­gy technology
• Optional: fur­ther lan­guage skills, espe­ci­al­ly Spanish and French
