To streng­then our team at our Dresden loca­ti­on, we are loo­king for an employ­ment for a Project Developer with a Focus on Project Financing to join us as soon as pos­si­ble on a per­ma­nent basis, in full-time or part-time capacity.

TRICERA ener­gy spe­cia­li­zes in the deve­lo­p­ment, con­s­truc­tion, and ope­ra­ti­on of medi­um (>100 kWh) to lar­ge (>2 MWh) bat­tery sto­rage sys­tems and ope­ra­tes both in Germany and inter­na­tio­nal­ly. Our mis­si­on is to actively shape an opti­mi­zed, demand-ori­en­ted, and rene­wa­ble ener­gy sup­p­ly worldwide.

Our grea­test achie­ve­ment is our excep­tio­nal team, which now con­sists of near­ly 80 employees. Over the past deca­des, we have signi­fi­cant­ly influen­ced the bat­tery indus­try and place gre­at empha­sis on flat hier­ar­chies and fair inter­ac­tion among our­sel­ves. Your responsibilities

• Project finan­cing, inclu­ding deve­lo­ping finan­cing stra­te­gies and opti­ons, crea­ting pro­ject docu­men­ta­ti­on, and com­mu­ni­ca­ting and nego­tia­ting with rele­vant finan­cial institutions
• Project mar­ke­ting, invol­ving com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and nego­tia­ti­on with mar­ket­ers for bat­tery storage/renewable energy
• Project imple­men­ta­ti­on, encom­pas­sing tech­ni­cal and com­mer­cial eva­lua­ti­on, secu­ring pro­ject rights, obtai­ning all neces­sa­ry permits
• Contribution to the deve­lo­p­ment of inno­va­ti­ve con­cepts, con­side­ring cur­rent mar­ket developments

Your skills

• Completed degree in indus­tri­al engi­nee­ring, busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on, or rela­ted fields
• Experience in pro­ject finan­cing or mar­ke­ting (advantageous/optional)
• Willingness to tra­vel: a few days per month
• Excellent writ­ten and spo­ken German skills
• Independent and struc­tu­red work style with strong orga­niza­tio­nal skills
• Team play­er with strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
