Your tasks

You would like to actively par­ti­ci­pa­te in the deve­lo­p­ment of lar­ge-sca­le ener­gy sto­rage sys­tems? This will be done in the con­text of a pro­ject team that always works clo­se­ly tog­e­ther. You will con­tri­bu­te your pro­ject manage­ment skills through the fol­lowing tasks:

  • con­trol and exe­cu­ti­on of cus­to­mer projects
  • taking over bud­get and time plan­ning inclu­ding inter­face defi­ni­ti­on and milestones
  • task and sche­du­le plan­ning and tracking to achie­ve qua­li­ty and cost targets
  • defi­ni­ti­on and coor­di­na­ti­on of tech­ni­cal requi­re­ments, assess­ment of con­struc­ti­ve results
  • lea­ding the pro­ject team and con­duc­ting wee­kly team meetings
  • com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on with cus­to­mers and suppliers
  • con­trol of inter­nal and exter­nal pro­ject progress
  • pro­ces­sing and sche­du­ling of supplements

Your skills

  • com­ple­ted stu­dies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of engineering
  • orga­niz­a­tio­nal talent, solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted as well as struc­tu­red approach in pro­ject­cri­ti­cal situations
  • con­fi­dence in dealing with dis­cus­sion part­ners at decisi­on-making level
  • expe­ri­ence in lea­ding teams to moti­va­te employees in all pha­ses of a project
  • pro­ject-rela­ted wil­ling­ness to travel
  • very good ger­man and good eng­lish skills, both writ­ten and spoken
  • struc­tu­red and inde­pen­dent way of working
  • good MS Office skills are an advantage
