To streng­then our team at our Dresden loca­ti­on, we are loo­king for an employ­ment for a Network Technician to join us as soon as pos­si­ble on a per­ma­nent basis, in full-time or part-time capacity.

TRICERA ener­gy spe­cia­li­zes in the deve­lo­p­ment, con­s­truc­tion, and ope­ra­ti­on of medi­um (>100 kWh) to lar­ge (>2 MWh) bat­tery sto­rage sys­tems and ope­ra­tes both in Germany and inter­na­tio­nal­ly. Our mis­si­on is to actively shape an opti­mi­zed, demand-ori­en­ted, and rene­wa­ble ener­gy sup­p­ly worldwide.

Our grea­test achie­ve­ment is our excep­tio­nal team, which now con­sists of near­ly 80 employees. Over the past deca­des, we have signi­fi­cant­ly influen­ced the bat­tery indus­try and place gre­at empha­sis on flat hier­ar­chies and fair inter­ac­tion among our­sel­ves. Your responsibilities

• Planning the net­work on bat­tery sto­rage sys­tems, inclu­ding inter­faces with exter­nal partners.
• Further deve­lo­p­ment and opti­miza­ti­on of net­work access control.
• Configuration of net­work par­ti­ci­pan­ts such as swit­ches and rou­ters (fire­wall con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on, port for­war­dings, etc.).
• Error ana­ly­sis (wireshark, tcp­dump) and troubleshooting.
• Commissioning of net­works and ensu­ring remo­te access.
• Providing the­ma­tic sup­port in pro­ject plan­ning and implementation

Your skills

• Completed voca­tio­nal trai­ning as an IT sys­tems elec­tro­nics tech­ni­ci­an, IT spe­cia­list, or a degree in com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on tech­no­lo­gy, elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring, or com­pu­ter science.
• Profound know­ledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Willingness to tra­vel (90% office-based / 10% field work).
• Basic Linux know­ledge, espe­ci­al­ly in shell programming.
• Experience in plan­ning IT net­work structures.
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills, team­work, and an inde­pen­dent and struc­tu­red work style
