To streng­then our team at our Dresden loca­ti­on, we are loo­king for an employ­ment for the stra­te­gic pro­cu­re­ment of zero, first, and second-life bat­tery modu­les and packs with a focus on the DACH regi­on (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to join us as soon as pos­si­ble on a per­ma­nent basis, in full-time or part-time capacity.

TRICERA ener­gy spe­cia­li­zes in the deve­lo­p­ment, con­s­truc­tion, and ope­ra­ti­on of medi­um (>100 kWh) to lar­ge (>2 MWh) bat­tery sto­rage sys­tems and ope­ra­tes both in Germany and inter­na­tio­nal­ly. Our mis­si­on is to actively shape an opti­mi­zed, demand-ori­en­ted, and rene­wa­ble ener­gy sup­p­ly worldwide.

Our grea­test achie­ve­ment is our excep­tio­nal team, which now con­sists of near­ly 80 employees. Over the past deca­des, we have signi­fi­cant­ly influen­ced the bat­tery indus­try and place gre­at empha­sis on flat hier­ar­chies and fair inter­ac­tion among our­sel­ves. We want to con­ti­nue deve­lo­ping our com­pa­ny tog­e­ther with you and imple­ment the ener­gy tran­si­ti­on as soon as pos­si­ble, not tomorrow.

Your responsibilities

• Systematic ana­ly­sis of the bat­tery mar­ket and avai­la­bi­li­ty checks in the DACH regi­on (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Communication with suppliers
• Establishing or main­tai­ning cont­acts with ori­gi­nal equip­ment manu­fac­tu­r­ers (OEMs), such as the auto­mo­ti­ve indus­try, in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the management
• Proactive enga­ge­ment with recy­cling companies
• Organization and sche­du­ling of appoint­ments with rele­vant partners
• High-level ana­ly­sis and com­pa­ri­son of tech­ni­cal and eco­no­mic indi­ca­tors for various bat­tery and cell types, along with their ali­gnment within the company’s context
• Structured and clear pre­sen­ta­ti­on of cur­rent mar­ket access and opportunities
• Researching legal frame­work conditions
• Drafting, revie­w­ing, and nego­tia­ting con­trac­tu­al agreements
• Internal ali­gnment of tech­ni­cal requi­re­ments with the Sales & Design, Implementation, and Product Development departments
• Coordinating down­stream pro­ces­ses with the logi­stics depart­ment (con­trol­ling, pro­cu­re­ment, warehouse, logi­stics, etc.)

Your skills

• Degree in elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring, indus­tri­al engi­nee­ring, rene­wa­ble ener­gy sys­tems, ener­gy tech­no­lo­gy, or rela­ted fields
• Team play­er with strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
• Willingness to under­ta­ke (sus­tainable) busi­ness trips (80% office-based)
• Proficiency in German (C2) and excel­lent writ­ten and spo­ken English skills
